The cyclists best friend when out on the trails or road!


Easy to make, cheap and a great fuel source. When exercising for long and moderate durations our fats are used as the main source of energy. Keeping these topped up is key 🔑


Try and experiment different variations of trail mix. My personal favourite is cashews mixed with chocolate peanuts to get that sweet taste fix 🍫🥜
