A compound exercise to improve function and strength of the lower body.


Great exercise for any sport to improve force development, lower injury risk and improve movement quality.


Sports such as rugby and mountain biking benefit from performing squat movements, allowing the athlete to run fast or produce more power through each pedal stroke.
